Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to manage and supervise construction activities, particularly at major project sites. The candidate must have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily site activities and civil construction works.
• Coordinate manpower, subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and completion schedules.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Prepare BOQs, quantity estimates, material requirements, and progress reports.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and management to resolve site issues.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of relevant civil engineering and site management experience.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction, estimation, and BOQ preparation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage major site operations and meet project deadlines.
• Oil & Gas or PDO project experience will be an advantage.
