Job Vacancy: Maintenance Engineer Company: Dawhat Alwathba Trad Department: Maintenance Reports To: General Manager Location: Oman Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to manage maintenance projects, prepare tenders and quotations, supervise site teams, and ensure quality work is delivered on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities Identify maintenance tenders and prepare technical proposals and quotations. Conduct site inspections, measurements, and cost assessments. Supervise maintenance works, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and civil repairs. Manage technicians, suppliers, procurement, and material deliveries. Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules. Coordinate preventive maintenance and emergency breakdown services. Monitor project costs and prepare daily and monthly progress reports. Inspect completed works and prepare handover documents and completion certificates. Requirements Degree or diploma in Engineering or a related technical field. Experience in maintenance, MEP works, and site supervision. Knowledge of tendering, cost estimation, procurement, and project management. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; a valid Oman driving licence is an advantage.
