Operations Manager

Location: Oman
Industry: Premium F&B | Café | Confectionery | Chocolate | Gifting | Luxury Retail

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager / Area Manager with a strong background in premium F&B, cafés, confectionery, chocolate, gifting, luxury retail, or similar customer-focused concepts.

The ideal candidate will have ph P&L performance, operating costs, and financial results.

• Ensure consistent implementation of company SOPs, policies, and international brand standards.
• Monitor inventory, purchasing, stock levels, transfers, wastage, and cost control.
• Improve operational efficiency while maintaining product quality and customer experience.
• Lead, coach, develop, and evaluate store managers and operational teams.
• Monitor staff productivity, performance, training, and compliance.
• Coordinate with franchisors, suppliers, contractors, and internal departments.
• Maintain strong quality, service, visual, and operational standards across all locations.
• Review operational reports and identify opportunities to increase sales and profitability.
• Support new store openings, operational planning, anroven experience managing an international franchise, multi-unit operation, or multiple branches, with direct responsibility for store performance, team management, customer experience, profitability, and maintaining high brand standards.Key Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of multiple branches.
• Monitor branch performance, sales targets, operational KPIs, and profitability.
• Manage and review brancd business expansion when required.
• Resolve operational challenges and implement effective corrective actions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Area Manager, Multi-Unit Manager, or similar leadership position.
• Strong experience in premium F&B, cafés, confectionery, chocolate, gifting, luxury retail, or related sectors.
• Experience managing an international franchise or multi-branch business is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of:
• P&L management
• Sales targets and operational KPIs
• Inventory and stock management
• Purchasing and supplier management
• Food cost and wastage control
• Operational budgeting and cost control
• SOP implementation
• Quality and brand standards
• Staff performance management
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify opportunities to improve revenue and profitability.
• Excellent leadership, planning, reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple locations and priorities effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to premium customer experience and brand standards.

Preferred Experience

GCC experience is highly preferred, particularly candidates who have managed:

• Premium international brands
• Franchise operations
• Multi-branch F&B concepts
• Premium cafés or confectionery brands
• Chocolate or gifting concepts
• Luxury or premium retail operations

Location & Availability

The position is based in Oman.
