VACANCY: ASSISTANT PROCUREMENT OFFICER – 1 POSITION

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Assistant Procurement Officer to join our team.

Office Location: Ghubrah, Muscat

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and share Requests for Quotations (RFQs) with suppliers.
  • Prepare comparison statements based on supplier quotations.
  • Verify supplier invoices and ensure they are supported by the required documents, including Delivery Orders, LPOs, and other relevant supporting documents.
  • Verify all Delivery Orders (DOs) against the corresponding LPOs to ensure accuracy and proper documentation.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure that procurement documentation is complete and properly organized.

Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, or a related administrative role is preferred.
  • Good attention to detail and document-verification skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers.
  • Good organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Familiarity with RFQs, supplier quotations, LPOs, invoices, and Delivery Orders will be an advantage.
