Al-Montazah Park Hotel Suites – Salalah, Oman is looking for an experienced, creative, and hands-on Chef de Partie (CDP) / Kitchen In-Charge to join our team and take a leading role in setting up and developing our new kitchen operation from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the day-to-day kitchen operation
Support the complete setup and organization of the new kitchen
Create and develop menus suitable for the hotel concept
Establish recipes, portions, presentation standards, and kitchen procedures
Support food costing, purchasing, and waste control
Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and food safety
Train and supervise kitchen team members as the operation develops
Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar hotel or restaurant kitchen role
Strong culinary, organizational, and leadership skills
Creative and capable of developing a new F&B concept
Able to work independently and take ownership of the kitchen
Must be currently available in Salalah
Immediate availability is preferred
