Job description

We are seeking a Store Keeper to join our restaurant/fine-dining team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, and issuance of food and beverage supplies while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect F&B products, beverages, raw materials, and restaurant supplies.
• Verify deliveries against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
• Check product quality, quantity, expiry dates, and storage requirements.
• Store items correctly in dry, chilled, and frozen areas, following FIFO (First In, First Out) and food safety standards.
• Issue stock to the kitchen, bar, and restaurant departments based on approved requests.
• Maintain accurate stock records, bin cards, and inventory documentation.
• Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and damaged items; report discrepancies promptly.
• Assist with regular and monthly stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Maintain clean, organized, and hygienic storage areas.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Kitchen, Finance, and Restaurant teams for stock requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Store Keeper in a restaurant, fine-dining, or F&B environment.
• GCC experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of food storage, inventory management, and safety protocols.
• Basic knowledge of accounting or cost control procedures is an advantage.
• Computer literacy (MS Office, inventory management software).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
