Position Overview

RMH United SPC is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Agent to join our Salalah Branch.

This opportunity is specially designed for Omani fresh graduates who are looking to begin their career in sales and retail. No previous work experience is required. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, good communication skills, and a genuine willingness to learn and develop.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
• Learn and maintain good knowledge of our products, collections, and promotions
• Support the team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets
• Build positive relationships with customers and provide a good shopping experience
• Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate product information
• Assist with product presentation, arrangement, and replenishment
• Support daily store activities and maintain a clean and organized sales environment
• Assist with customer orders and coordinate with relevant team members
• Collect customer feedback and communicate it to the supervisor
• Support promotional activities, seasonal campaigns, and special events
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations
• Follow company policies, procedures, and professional standards

Requirements

• Omani National
• Fresh graduate with a Diploma or Bachelor's degree
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, confident, and professional personality
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Customer-focused and interested in developing a career in sales
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Responsible, punctual, and committed to assigned responsibilities
• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and during busy seasonal periods when required
• Previous experience is Advantage.
