Indoor Salesman in Retail

Job description

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in selecting lighting products.
  • Provide product knowledge, technical details, and recommendations.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documentation.
  • Manage showroom displays and ensure products are well presented.
  • Handle deliveries and customer visits when required (valid driving license needed).
  • Maintain good customer relationships and achieve sales targets.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior GCC experience in retail sales (lighting/electrical products preferred).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid Omani driving license.
  • Basic computer knowledge for billing and inventory updates.
