• Developing and executing an international sales and business development strategy
• Develop new markets and customers to promote business reach for sales of polymers.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
• Negotiating and closing deals
• Managing the sales pipeline
• Prepares sales plans and set targets. In addition, support the alignment of marketing plans for each territory or area.
• Develops and maintains an understanding and perceptions of major industry stakeholders including skills needs, trends, and exhibitions.
• Generates, develops, and responds to possible business leads.
• Generate weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Set, manage, and meet monthly sales targets to ensure business stability.
• Supports NSF Chemicals' local and international business growth by visiting and liaising with prospective new customers.
• Presents the full range of NSF Chemicals’ products, professional services, and other solutions to promote brand recognition.
• To identify future requirements of customers, and advise internal departments to enable to sourcing the right materials at the most competitive prices.
• Provides detailed research and mapping information on client requirements and operates in a timely manner to hand over to the appropriate departments.
• Ensure customer client base is monitored and managed properly.
• Contribute to the content and delivery of marketing and promotional literature as required.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in International Sales and Business Development
• 3+ years of experience in Polymer Industry
• Strong understanding of international business practices and cultures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, remotely, and as part of a team
• High ownership aligned with the vision of the organization
• Strong clientage and supplier networks within the polymer market are a plus
• Possess high commitment and loyalty to the organization
