Mechanical Engineer – Piping Networks | Muscat, Oman

Company: Modern Explorer Company (EES)

Looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to support projects including the Mabela Camp Project, Oman Airports Project, and MAM Camp Project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of piping networks
  • Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and method statements
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Prepare material take-offs, inspection requests, and progress/as-built reports

Experience Required:

  • 3–5 years in piping network installation and site execution
  • Background in water supply, drainage, sewerage, firefighting, irrigation, or chilled water systems
  • Knowledge of HDPE, PPR, uPVC, GI, carbon steel, and ductile iron piping
  • Experience in pressure testing, commissioning, and snag rectification

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office
  • Good English and Hindi communication

Other Details:

  • Must relocate to Muscat; Indian candidates welcome
  • Accommodation and transportation provided
  • Willing to travel to project sites across Oman
