We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team in Muscat. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in the Oman real estate market, strong sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. The role focuses on generating leads, promoting residential and commercial properties, conducting property viewings, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new sales leads.
• Promote and sell & rent residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings and provide clients with accurate information.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors, and property owners.
• Negotiate sales agreements and successfully close transactions.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new property developments in Oman.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales within the Oman market.
• Strong understanding of the Muscat real estate market and local property regulations.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid Omani driving licence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and target-driven.
