Hiring: Sanad Office Specialist – Oman

City Squares is a leading business services company specializing in company formation, visa services, and public relations. With an expanding international presence and branches in Riyadh, Egypt, Tanzania, and Oman, we are dedicated to providing seamless government and corporate support solutions to our clients.

We are currently seeking an experienced Sanad Office Specialist to join our team in Oman.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage Sanad transactions and government-related services accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist clients with applications, renewals, and administrative procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and service standards.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Coordinate with relevant government entities and stakeholders when required.
  • Maintain proper records and documentation of transactions.
  • Support day-to-day office operations and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

  • Omani nationality.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a Sanad Office.
  • Strong knowledge of government procedures and electronic systems.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
