Key Responsibilities:
Lead design from concept to construction
Manage and coordinate consultants (Architectural, Structural & MEP)
Ensure compliance with Oman regulations and international standards
Drive design quality, timelines, and stakeholder coordination
Oversee design reviews, RFIs, and value engineering
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in architecture & design management
GCC experience (Oman preferred)
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit & BIM tools
