We are seeking a proactive and organized Facility Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day maintenance and facility operations . Candidate have to ensure that all buildings, equipment, and common areas are maintained to a high standard while coordinating maintenance teams, contractors, and service providers to ensure smooth facility operations.
Skills
Knowledge of preventive maintenance planning.
Vendor and contractor management experience.
Budget monitoring and cost-control skills.
Strong customer service and tenant relationship management abilities.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AS FACILITY COORDINATOR MANDATORY
Salary - 300 OMR Fixed plus Accomodation provided
