? Requirements:
• 2–3 years of retail operations experience in Oman, or 5–8 years in hypermarket/supermarket operations
• Strong leadership and multi-store management experience
• Proven ability to drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence
• Knowledge of merchandising, inventory control, and customer service
• Excellent communication and team management skills
• Candidates from Kerala preferred
• GCC retail experience is an advantage
