Job description

1. Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial records
  • Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets
  • Monitor cash flow, project costing, and financial performance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Supervise and guide junior accounting staff
  • Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders
  • Handle VAT filings, reconciliations, and financial analysis

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience (preferably in real estate/construction)
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
  • Leadership and team management skills

2. Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily accounting records and general ledger entries
  • Assist in preparation of financial reports and documentation
  • Handle invoicing, payments, and reconciliations
  • Support project-based accounting and cost tracking
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
  • Assist with VAT documentation and compliance requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience (real estate/construction preferred)
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting systems
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
