As a barista, you'll be the heart and soul of our cafe – if you love coffee and making people smile, we want to hear from you!

This is a full-time on-site role at Sector Seventeen in Muscat, Oman. The Barista will be responsible for preparing coffee, serving customers, and provide a reflect the cafe's vision and flavour profiles.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Expertly preparing a diverse range of coffee and tea beverages, each meeting the highest standards
• Showcasing attention to detail in every drink, ensuring a consistently delightful experience
• Greeting customers, receiving orders, and delivering exceptional service with a smile
• Maintaining a hygienic and well-organized workspace that mirrors our commitment to excellence
• Assisting other staff where needed

What we're seeking in our ideal Barista:

• Proven experience as a barista or in a similar role, showcasing your understanding of the craft
• A deep understanding of coffee brewing techniques, including a proficiency in crafting espresso-based beverages
• Interest in speciality coffee
• Great customer service skills, characterised by friendliness, positivity and a can-do attitude
• Effective communication skills in English and Arabic, with a natural flair for teamwork and collaboration
