Job Title: Financial Analyst Department: Finance / Commercial Location: Muscat, Oman Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support the growing operations of the HH Division. The role will focus on financial monitoring, commercial analysis, and inventory control to ensure effective decision-making and profitability management. The ideal candidate will work closely with the finance, sales, and procurement teams to monitor financial performance, analyze business trends, and ensure proper commercial controls across the division. Key Responsibilities: • Monitor and analyze stock levels to ensure effective inventory control and identify non-moving or slow-moving items. • Review and track purchase orders and ensure alignment with budgets and operational requirements. • Analyze selling prices and margins, ensuring appropriate Gross Profit (GP) levels are maintained. • Conduct Gross Profit (GP) analysis and provide reports highlighting margin improvements or risks. • Evaluate and review the effectiveness of sales promotions and marketing campaigns. • Perform BDA (Business Development Agreement) reviews and monitor financial compliance. • Identify and report non-moving or obsolete stock to support timely business decisions. • Prepare and analyze variance reports comparing actual performance against budgeted figures. • Generate periodic financial and commercial reports for management review. • Support management with financial insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency and profitability. • Coordinate with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure accurate financial tracking of transactions. Qualifications & Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. • 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, commercial finance, or inventory analysis. • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and margin analysis. • Experience in inventory control and commercial finance operations is preferred. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills. • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
