Tasks:
• Managing staff and resolving issues/complaints
• Aware about human resources, making offers/ideas to reduce sales, and making letters/official agreements
• Customer services and responsible for any maintenance/events/other equipment
• Focal point with the sponsor, hiring/making interviews, and follow-up for marketing/other process tasks
