Real Visions Interiors (RVI) is a growing interior design and fit-out company in Muscat specializing in residential, commercial and bespoke interior projects.

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer & Interior Fit-Out Specialist to join our growing team in Muscat, Oman.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in interior fit-out projects, site supervision, and contractor coordination, ensuring projects are delivered accurately, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of working experience of interior fit-out projects in Oman required.
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of AutoCAD and 3D Max.
• Strong ability to operate, supervise, and manage interior fit-out project sites.
• Experience in managing subcontractors, suppliers, and contractors.
• Experience with interior final finishes (flooring, gypsum, paint, lighting, decorative elements, etc.)
• Experience in material specification and interior materials selection.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Must speak English and Hindi.
• Must hold a valid Oman driver’s license.
• Must be currently living in Muscat.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise site operations to ensure work is executed according to approved drawings.
• Ensure project milestones and timelines are met.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and contractors to maintain smooth project progress.
• Coordinate with clients, designers and project managers when required
• Ensure high-quality interior finishing standards are maintained throughout the project.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
• Review drawings and relevant documents to ensure accuracy in materials, quantities, and execution.
• Analyse 3D Max visualisations and AutoCAD drawings to ensure design intent is implemented correctly on site.
• Act as a technical consultant for RVI regarding site execution and interior finishing solutions.
• Produce and submit site operation and progress reports in a timely manner.
• Ensure health and safety standards are maintained on site
