Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily accounting operations using the Odoo platform
• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and reconciliations
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
• Handle invoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups through Odoo
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
• Maintain general ledger and chart of accounts in Odoo
• Support audit processes and provide required documentation
• Collaborate with management to improve financial procedures and reporting
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of accounting experience.
• Mandatory experience working with Odoo ERP system.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Experience with VAT and local tax regulations is preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English, clear accent.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
