Roushan Resort is seeking a professional, service-driven, and detail-oriented Reception & Reservation Specialist to be the welcoming face of our resort while managing all reservation channels efficiently. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in OTA platforms and experience working with travel agencies to maximize occupancy and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
*Front Desk & Guest Services
*Greet guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience
*Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
*Promote resort services, packages, and upgrades
Reservations & OTA Management
*Manage bookings, cancellations, and modifications via phone, email, and online platforms
*Maintain and optimize listings on OTAs such as Booking. com, Expedia, Airbnb, Agoda, and others
*Monitor availability, rates, and inventory across all channels
*Ensure rate parity and prevent overbookings
*Respond promptly to OTA guest messages and reviews
Travel Agency & Sales Coordination
*Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies and tour operators
*Coordinate group bookings and contracted rates
*Assist in developing promotional offers to increase occupancy
Event Support
*Support the Event Manager in organizing guest-related logistics for weddings, retreats, and corporate events
*Coordinate room blocks and special accommodation arrangements for event guests
Qualifications:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hospitality (resort/hotel preferred)
Strong working knowledge of OTA extranets (Booking. com, Expedia, Airbnb, etc. )
Experience coordinating with travel agencies and tour operators
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
