Job description
We are a group of companies in Oman, looking for a Sales Executive - Household, who can effectively handle our Household Division. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the showroom day-to-day operations. This role involves managing staff, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate all showroom activities.
• Provide detailed information about products and services.
• Handle sales transactions and process payments.
• Ensure the showroom is well-maintained and visually appealing.
• Maintain an organized and attractive product display.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Analyze sales data and generate reports to improve sales strategies.
• Responsibilities may include creating and updating a sales forecast, managing inventory, preparing reports, and supervising sales staff.
• Maintain current knowledge of inventory and sales trends
We offer
Salary RO 250-300, plus Bachelor sharing accommodation plus incentives and other benefits.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as a showroom in charge or in a similar retail management role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Experience in retail or showroom management is a plus.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi and Arabic.
• Valid Oman driving license
Experience: 5-7 yrs with Oman experience as salesman for household items.
