Business Analyst – Wholesale Banking Systems

Job description

To support Wholesale Banking transformation and system enhancement initiatives by acting as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors, ensuring accurate requirement gathering, solution alignment, and successful delivery of Wholesale Banking systems.

(Key Responsibilities)

  • Support Wholesale Banking transformation and system enhancement initiatives.
  • Act as liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors.
  • Elicit and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
  • Prepare BRDs, functional specifications, and user stories.
  • Develop process maps, workflows, use cases, and data flow diagrams.
  • Facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and requirement sign-off sessions.
  • Ensure requirements align with business strategy and IT architecture.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Finance teams.
  • Support SIT and UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution.
  • Validate test cases and clarify requirements during testing cycles.
  • Manage change requests and perform impact assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and performance standards.
  • Maintain documentation traceability and version control.
  • Support production rollout and post-implementation stabilization.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and resolve requirement gaps.
