The primary requirement for this position is previous work experience with a real estate company or within the real estate sector in the Sultanate of Oman, along with the ability to bring projects to the company, such as (buildings, residential complexes, shops, commercial units, villas, apartments, etc. ).
The company will assume full management of these projects, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, cleaning, contract registration, and legal matters related to the properties, among others.
