We’re Hiring – Admin (Real Estate Experience) in Oman

Location: Bin Al Sheikh Real Estate – Muscat Branch =

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: Competitive – Based on Experience

Bin Al Sheikh Real Estate is expanding and seeking an experienced, proactive Admin with Real Estate experience to join our Muscat team.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the real estate operations team.

Prepare contracts, tenancy agreements, and documentation.

Maintain and update property listings, client records, and CRM systems.

Coordinate with clients, agents, and internal departments.

Manage office tasks, including scheduling, phone calls, and email correspondence.

Assist in organizing property viewings and follow-ups.

Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.

Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years of administrative experience in the real estate industry.

Strong knowledge of Oman real estate procedures (Qatar/GCC experience is a plus).

Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and handle time-sensitive tasks.

Professional, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.

Immediate availability preferred.
