Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our software and ERP sales efforts in the Oman region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise software sales, with a preference for experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar ERP platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hunter mindset, excellent client relationship skills, and a solid understanding of the regional business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of ERP and enterprise software solutions, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across various industry sectors.
Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy specific to the Omani market.
Build and manage a pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos tailored to business needs.
Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and implementation teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers (C-Level executives, IT heads, etc.).
Stay updated with competitor activity, market trends, and Microsoft D365 updates.
Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions in Oman and the GCC.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of proven experience in enterprise software or ERP sales, ideally in Oman or the GCC.
Hands-on experience selling Microsoft Dynamics 365, or other ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is highly preferred.
Strong network and understanding of the Omani business and technology ecosystem.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel within Oman and the GCC as needed.
Preferred Experience:
Experience working with Microsoft partners or channel ecosystem.
Familiarity with Microsoft licensing, pricing, and cloud solutions (Azure, Power Platform, etc.).
Exposure to digital transformation, cloud migration, and business process automation.
