SALES EXECUTIVE

ROLE OVERVIEW

Stalwart is seeking an energetic, positive, and results-oriented Sales Executive to support business growth by

identifying potential customers, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate

should have good communication and presentation skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to coordinate

effectively with internal teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and approach potential customers to generate new sales opportunities.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Follow up on customer enquiries, leads, quotations, and sales opportunities.

• Maintain and update customer records, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM system.

• Prepare regular sales reports and share updates on targets, leads, and sales activities.

• Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.

• Stay informed about customer needs, market developments, and competitor activities.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• 3·4 years of experience in sales.

• A valid GCC driving licence is mandatory.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Positive attitude, energetic approach, and strong willingness to achieve targets.

• Good presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Hands-on experience with CRM systems and maintaining sales records is preferred.

• Good coordination, planning, and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Immediate joiners are preferred.
