Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Civil Inspector with 7+ years of relevant experience in site inspections, quality control, and construction supervision. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring construction activities, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and applicable standards, and maintaining accurate inspection and progress reports. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular site inspections and visits to ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable standards. Monitor work progress and verify that executed works meet the required quality standards. Inspect civil works, materials, and construction methods to ensure compliance with project requirements. Identify construction defects, non-conformities, and deviations, and coordinate the implementation of corrective actions. Review inspection requests, method statements, and relevant technical documentation. Prepare and maintain inspection reports, site observations, and quality control records. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders to resolve site-related issues. Monitor contractors' activities and ensure adherence to approved work schedules and project requirements. Follow up on corrective actions and verify the closure of identified non-conformities. Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and applicable construction regulations.
