LOOKING FOR DOCUMENT CONTROLLER - Joinery and interior fitout works
Control and maintain all project documents for joinery and fit-out works.
Manage shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, MIRs, inspection requests, approvals and correspondence.
Maintain drawing and document registers with proper revision control.
Track submissions, consultant/client comments and approvals.
Coordinate documentation between design, estimation, procurement, production and site teams.
Maintain records of approved/rejected/superseded drawings.
Prepare transmittals and submission logs.
Follow up with consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
Maintain project handover and as-built documentation.
Ensure the latest approved drawings are available to the production and site teams.
Prepare weekly/monthly document status reports.
Required skills:
Strong knowledge of joinery shop drawings and interior fit-out documentation.
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook and PDF editing.
Experience with Aconex / Procore / SharePoint / EDMS is preferred.
Good English communication and coordination skills.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
GCC/Oman experience preferred.
