Job Description
We are looking for real estate marketers with previous experience in the field of real estate marketing, to join the team and contribute to real estate marketing, attract potential customers, build strong relationships with customers, and achieve sales and rental goals.
Job Responsibilities
• Marketing residential and commercial real estate to potential customers.
• Attract new customers and follow up their inquiries effectively.
• Organizing real estate inspections and negotiating with customers.
• Follow up customers until the completion of sales or leases.
• Preparing and following up real estate offers and updating customer data.
• Achieving specific marketing and sales objectives.
Requirements and Qualifications
• Previous experience in real estate marketing or real estate sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to build professional relationships with customers.
• Good skills in using digital marketing methods.
• Commitment, seriousness and the ability to work within a team.
• Proficiency in Arabic, and proficiency in English is an additional advantage.
