We are looking for an experienced and proactive Omani HR & Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage human resources operations and handle all government-related affairs for our retail operations in Sohar. The ideal candidate will combine strong knowledge of Oman Labor Law with expertise in government portal relations and workforce management.
?Key Responsibilities
?Handle all government relations and portal processes (Ministry of Labour, Sanad, ROP, PASI, and Municipality).
?Manage visa processing, civil IDs, commercial registrations, and licensing renewals.
?Oversee day-to-day HR operations, employee records, onboarding, and attendance for retail staff.
?Ensure full compliance with Oman Labor Law and internal company policies.
?Requirements & Qualifications
?Must be an Omani National (Required for HR/PRO role localization).
?Prior experience in HR and/or PRO roles, ideally within the Retail, FMCG, or Hospitality sector.
?In-depth working knowledge of Oman Labor Law and government portal procedures.
?Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
?Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
