Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Gym Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide excellent service to members and visitors.
Position: Gym Receptionist
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome members and guests in a courteous manner.
Handle membership inquiries, registrations, and renewals.
Answer phone calls, emails, and customer queries.
Schedule appointments and fitness consultations.
Process payments and maintain accurate records.
Monitor member check-ins and access control.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Assist members with general information about gym services and facilities.
Coordinate with trainers and management regarding member requests.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a receptionist or customer service representative is an advantage.
Arabic & English Launguages are mandotory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and cash-handling skills.
Well-groomed appearance and professional attitude.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required.
