Job description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Finance Manager to manage and lead the finance and accounting functions of our group of companies.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in group company accounting, financial reporting, team management, budgeting, and management reporting, with the ability to provide accurate financial insights to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the complete accounting and finance functions of the Group Companies.

Lead, supervise, and review the work of the accounts team.

Prepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Prepare sales, revenue, expense, profitability, and business performance reports for management.

Monitor cash flow, receivables, payables, budgets, and financial performance.

Ensure accurate and timely accounting entries, reconciliations, and closing of accounts.

Develop financial analysis and reports to support management decision-making.

Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders when required.

Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.

Identify financial risks and recommend improvements to management.

Establish and improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting systems.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

5–6 years of relevant experience, preferably with group companies.

Strong knowledge of group accounting and financial reporting.

Proven experience in leading and managing an accounts team.

Strong analytical and management reporting skills.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Valid Oman Driving License is mandatory.

Pay: RO450.000 - RO650.000 per month
