Mechanical Supervisor – Facilities Management

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join our Facilities Management team in Oman.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in building maintenance and hospital facilities management, with good knowledge of mechanical systems, PPM, corrective maintenance and technician supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily mechanical maintenance activities.
• Manage and guide mechanical technicians and workers.
• Plan and monitor PPM & corrective maintenance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical equipment and building services.
• Monitor HVAC, chilled water systems, pumps, plumbing and other mechanical systems.
• Attend breakdowns and ensure timely completion of maintenance works.
• Coordinate with clients and the FM team.
• Prepare daily maintenance and work completion reports.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and site safety procedures.
• Monitor manpower, materials and maintenance requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Oman Facilities Management experience is highly preferred.
• Hospital and large-building maintenance experience is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of HVAC and mechanical building services.
• Experience in PPM and corrective maintenance.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle client requirements.
• Oman driving licence is an advantage.

Hospital FM | Commercial Buildings | HVAC | Chillers | AHU/FCU | Pumps | Plumbing | PPM

Salary

OMR 300 – 350 per month, depending on experience and interview performance.
