SALES EXECUTIVE (OMAN)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Oman. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, promoting company products, and achieving assigned sales targets.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, be comfortable with field sales, and have a good understanding of the Oman market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Oman.
• Visit potential and existing customers regularly to promote company products.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
• Generate leads through market visits, cold calling, referrals, and networking.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales documents.
• Follow up on quotations, inquiries, and pending orders to close sales.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and commercial conditions with customers.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customers, quotations, orders, and sales activities.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with the internal sales, accounts, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Follow up with customers regarding deliveries, payments, and after-sales requirements.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
• Develop new accounts and expand the company's customer base in Oman.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales or business development.
• B2B sales experience is preferred.
• Experience in cables, electrical products, construction materials, MEP, or technical products will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and hardworking.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Ability to prepare quotations and sales reports.
• Good knowledge of the Oman market is preferred.
• Valid Oman Driving License is preferred/required for field sales.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and travel within Oman for customer visits.

Compensation

Salary: To be discussed based on experience and qualifications.
Commission/Incentives: Available based on sales performance.
