We're Hiring | Export & Import Operations Executive

NSF Chemicals, a leading international trading & distribution company specializing in polymer resins, petrochemicals, and industrial chemicals, is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Export & Import Operations Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end export and import operations for international shipments.
• Manage freight bookings, shipping documentation, customs clearance, and logistics coordination in compliance with international trade regulations and Incoterms®.
• Liaise with global suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure smooth cargo movement.
• Monitor shipment status, resolve operational and documentation issues, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure efficient order execution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate logistics records, operational reports, and documentation using ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Support office administration, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement of logistics and supply chain processes.

Requirements

• Omani National (Mandatory).
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in export/import operations, international logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management.
• Experience in the polymer, petrochemical, industrial chemicals, or international trading industry will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of shipping documentation, customs procedures, international logistics, and Incoterms®.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/logistics management systems.
• Fluency in English;
