Job Responsibilities:

· Ensure a fun and rewarding visitor experience while managing Front Office tasks, including ticket sales, inquiries, and merchandise.

· Handle payments, update the POS system, and oversee online bookings, ensuring disclaimers are signed and stickers distributed.

· Maintain a clean workspace and complete administrative tasks per Standard Operating Procedures, including cash management and self-audits.

· Assist guests with sales and bookings, delivering excellent customer service, and inform the Event Coordinator of inquiries to facilitate party/event coordination.

· Ensure a safe environment by adhering to Health & Safety standards, checking the First Aid Box, and supporting daily operations, including stock management and maintenance.

· Address visitor complaints and escalate issues as needed, while accurately completing daily section checklists and reporting material shortages to senior staff.

Job Requirements:

· Proven experience in customer service.

· Age between 18 to 35 years.

· Omani nationals or expatriates currently residing in Oman.

· Proficient in both Arabic and English.

· Fit and healthy, interest in sports is a plus
