Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials
Issue materials to departments as per approved requests
Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels
Conduct regular stock audits and update system entries
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and cleanliness of the store
Coordinate with procurement and logistics for timely replenishment
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports
Follow company policies, safety standards, and storage procedures
Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Store Keeper
Knowledge of inventory management and storekeeping software
Good communication and documentation skills
Ability to handle physical workload
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
