Position Overview
We are seeking a smart, professional, and well-presented Secretary to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will be an Arabic native speaker, fluent in English, with proven experience in secretarial duties. Candidates with a real estate background will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day secretarial and administrative tasks.
Manage correspondence, emails, calls, and office documentation.
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments.
Assist management with presentations, reports, and filing.
Support in real estate-related tasks (if experienced).
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements
Native Arabic speaker (fluent in English).
Age below 40, good looking and presentable.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Secretary or in an administrative role.
Preference for candidates with real estate industry experience.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Able to join immediately.
