Customer Service Executive to join our team

Job description

We are currently hiring Omani or Expatriate Female candidates with strong Arabic language skills and proven experience in Customer Service.

Requirements:

Female candidates only (Omani or Expat)

Excellent command of Arabic (spoken & written)

Prior experience in Customer Service or client-facing roles

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle customer queries professionally and efficiently
