Location: Muscat, Oman

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description:

We are a growing real estate and property investment company looking for a driven and resourceful Business Development executive to join our expanding team.

This is a strategic role for someone with strong commercial sense, leadership potential, and the ability to create new business opportunities and build strong client relationships in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and follow up with leads for property leasing and sales.
  • Create and maintain property listings across various platforms.
  • Coordinate and attend property viewings with clients.
  • Maintain records and update the client database regularly.
  • Support the company in reaching monthly targets and exploring new markets.
  • Assist in social media marketing and client communications.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or real estate (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Confident, organized, and results-driven personality.
  • Must have a valid Omani driving license .
