URGENTLY REQUIRED REAL ESTATE TELESELLER / TELEMARKETING EXECUTIVE

THE IDEAL CANDIATE MUST HAVE FULFILL FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS

  • PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN TELESALES, TELEMARKETING, OR REAL ESTATE SALES IS PREFERRED.
  • STRONG COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS WITH A PERSUASIVE AND CONFIDENT PHONE MANNER.
  • ABILITY TO UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER NEEDS AND PRESENT SUITABLE REAL ESTATE SOLUTIONS.
  • BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF THE REAL ESTATE MARKET, SALES PROCESS, AND CRM SOFTWARE.
  • HIGH LEVEL OF SELF-MOTIVATION, ENTHUSIASM, AND A RESULTS-DRIVEN APPROACH.
  • GOOD ORGANIZATIONAL AND TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS.
  • ABILITY TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE AND MEET SALES TARGETS.
