Key Account Specialist - Pharmaceuticals

Cerapie Pharma is a fast-growing pharmaceutical manufacturer dedicated to improving patient health through innovative and life-changing medicines. Due to our expansion in the Middle East, we are urgently requiring 3 full-time Key Account Specialists to be located in the UAE, Oman, and Kuwait.


Key Responsibilities


Strategic Account Management: Develop and implement comprehensive business plans for designated key accounts to achieve sales targets and maximize market share.

Relationship Building: Forge and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key opinion leaders, hospital administrators, pharmacists, and other crucial stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for all account-related activities.

Product Expertise: Become a subject matter expert on our product portfolio, providing in-depth product information, clinical data, and educational presentations to healthcare professionals.

Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and threats. Adapt strategies to ensure our competitive advantage.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Market Access, to ensure a unified and effective approach to meeting customer needs.

Compliance: Ensure all activities and sales practices adhere to international and local regulations, as well as our company's ethical standards and policies.

Performance Tracking: Regularly track and report on account performance, sales metrics, and key initiatives to management.

Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Pharmacy, Vet, Life Sciences or similar).

A minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales within the designated country, with a proven history of managing key accounts.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.

Deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, including market access, reimbursement, and regulatory requirements.

Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus.
