We are a
group of companies in Oman and looking for a Restaurant Manager, who can
effectively take care of our Indian & Chinese Restaurants. The Restaurant
Manager will be responsible for overseeing the restaurant's day-to-day
operations. This role involves managing staff, ensuring operational efficiency,
maintaining high standards of customer service, and creating a welcoming Job.
Key
Responsibilities:

Supervise
and coordinate daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing
procedures.

Train
and mentor staff members to ensure high-quality service and customer
satisfaction.
·
Manage
inventory and order supplies to maintain adequate stock levels.
·
Monitor
and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.
·
Handle
customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
·
Create
and implement staff schedules to ensure efficient staffing levels.
·
Conduct
regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
·
Collaborate
with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth food preparation and delivery.
·
Develop
and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
·
Stay
up-to-date with industry trends and implement new ideas to improve the
restaurant's performance.
·
Consistently
monitor product and labor costs to remain within the budget.
·
Solicit
guest feedback to understand the needs and wants of customers.
·
Develop
special, promotional and merchandising plans, advertising materials and ensure
adherence to local and company standards.
·
Maintain
proper sanitation, hygiene standards in kitchen and maintaining effective store
presentation.
Qualifications:
Strong communication, negotiation and
interpersonal skills
Well versed in marketing, social media.
Proficiency in using restaurant management
software.
Flexible schedule and the ability to work
evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving
skills.
Proficiency in English, Hindi and Arabic.
Valid Oman driving license
We offer
Salary RO
300-325, plus Bachelor sharing accommodation, food and other benefits.
