We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our Interior Fit-Out division. The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating leads, and managing client accounts to promote interior design and fit-out services.
Source and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and site visits
Conduct meetings and present company services to prospective clients
Coordinate with design and estimation teams for proposal submissions
Achieve sales targets and maintain long-term customer relationships
Maintain accurate records in CRM or ERP systems
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
0–2 years of sales experience, preferably in the interior fit-out industry
Knowledge of design/build processes and commercial interiors (preferred)
Microsoft Office Suite
CRM or ERP system (preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation abilities
Customer-focused and target-driven
Organized, persuasive, and self-motivated
Confident in client-facing interactions and presentations
