Job Description:

We are looking for a Call center executive (Telecom) to join our team in Muscat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and providing excellent service.

Requirements:

Omani National (Male)
Fluent in English and Arabic
Strong communication skills
Higher Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
