Key responsibilities;
1. Process and record daily financial transactions.
2. Maintain accurate ledgers and ensure proper documentation of all financial activities.
3. Record bank transaction and reconcile with bank statements on daily basis
4. Record Customer and supplier invoices and make payment entries and follow up
5. Process expense entries and petty cash transactions on project wise and close on monthly basis
6. Assist in the preparation of financial reports, Monthly payroll, External Audit and VAT return filing
Qualification and skills;
1. Must be B. Com graduate and Commerce related field
2. Experience in Tally Prime Accounting software
3. Proficient with MS Office applications
4. Good communication and problem solving skills
