Job Title: Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Branch Management: Oversee the daily operations of all branches within the assigned region. This includes ensuring smooth customer service, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, and addressing any operational challenges.

Business Growth:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales revenue.

Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement.

Inventory Management:

Manage inventory levels across all branches to ensure adequate stock of mobile phones and accessories.

Monitor stock movement and identify slow-moving or obsolete items.

Place timely orders with suppliers to replenish inventory and prevent stockouts.

Financial Management:

Oversee daily cash handling procedures and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Monitor branch expenses and identify areas for cost optimization.

Prepare regular financial reports and reconcile accounts.

Customer Service:

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Resolve customer complaints and address any issues promptly and professionally.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Team Management:

Supervise and mentor branch staff, including sales associates and cashiers.

Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to improve employee performance.

Ensure staff adherence to company policies and procedures.

Technology & Systems:

Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems and other relevant software for sales transactions, inventory management, and reporting.

Stay updated on new technologies and industry trends related to mobile phones and accessories.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar role in the retail industry, preferably in the mobile phone or electronics sector.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in using POS systems and other relevant software.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

Knowledge of inventory management principles.
