We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Junior Quantity Surveyor - Mechanical to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial and operational efficiency of our swimming pool construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets for mechanical and civil works in pool construction.
• Analyze and evaluate tenders, contracts, and supplier proposals to ensure value for money.
• Track project expenditures and ensure they align with approved budgets, identifying any variances.
• Collaborate with project teams to review designs and specifications, ensuring alignment with financial constraints and project goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, cost analyses, and financial data for reporting purposes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 0-2 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost management, preferably in construction.
• Proficiency in cost estimation tools and software.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and civil works related to pool construction.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: RO150.000 - RO175.000 per month
